Sizing
Just like traditional bras, seamless bras come in different sizes. However, the resizing process is slightly different. There are fewer sizes because our seamless bras are very flexible and therefore can fit in a variety of sizes. Because of the seamless fabric, there is a lot of elasticity, because most bras only come in 3 or 4 sizes: S, M, L, and XL. A cup size that can hold most 28A-36DD. Be sure to check the sizing guide before buying.
What kind of sports bra suits you?
Your sports bra should feel tighter than a regular bra, but not so tight that you have trouble breathing.
The straps should not move. It should fit comfortably. Raise your hands above your head. Did the elastic move? If it crawls up your chest, try a smaller band. If bras have shoulder straps, try adjusting them.
Your breasts should not bulge, and keep an eye out for any bulges on the top or under your arms. In addition, the cup should not have any wrinkles or gaps. If the cup fabric is wrinkled, try a smaller size.
Make sure there is no friction or abrasion around sleeve holes, shoulder straps, seams, hooks, buckles, or anything else. Many sports bras offer adjustable shoulder straps. Adjust them to feel supportive, but not uncomfortable. Also, make sure the straps don’t go deep into your shoulders.
Try jumping up and down, jogging in place, and doing jacks. If you feel supported, you’re ready! If not, keep looking.
